Essential Oils
A blend of German and Roman chamomile, ylang ylang, neroli, and vetiver brings a layered floral-earthy aroma that grounds the mind and prepares it for sleep.

Massage a few drops into your temples, the back of your neck, or over tight shoulders as part of your bedtime ritual. Take a few deep breaths to fully arrive.
Can also be used any time you feel tense, scattered, or in need of gentle release.
